Plan Details

  • A covered 8'-deep porch wraps around all four sides of this vacation or mountain retreat. It vaults in back and even has a screened portion and lets you enjoy the views on all sides.
  • French doors in the master gain access to the back porch. A spacious walk-in closet (7'11"x8'2") in the bath (8'x9'11") is a nice touch.
  • From the foyer views extend through the back of the house. The loft above has views below to this two-story room.
  • The kitchen is bright and open to the dining room.
  • Two bedroom suites complement the upstairs loft.
  • The house plan can be built with either a 2-car carport or a 2-car garage.
  • Related Plan: Get a 75'8"-wide version with house plan 92376MX.

What's Included

  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys

What's Not Included

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
