Plan Details

  • The front door of this Southern beauty opens into a gracious living room with 16 high ceilings and a fireplace flanked by a built-in entertainment center on one side and a pair of French doors on the opposite side. 
  • The French doors lead to a combo of outdoor living spaces consisting of a screen porch with vaulted beamed ceilings and an adjoining deck.  The secondary bedrooms are designed with private dressing rooms, walk-in closets and linen closets.  Compare the room sizes with other equal size homes and you will find them to be much larger than usual because of the efficient use of space.

  • Building Sections, enlarged drawings of the cornice and wall construction at various area of the exterior
  • Interior Elevations that have built-in cabinets or areas with special wall detail such as a fireplace wall.  
  • Roof Plan indicating planes of the roof and a birds eye view of the roof configuration. Electrical plan indication location of all wall outlets, lighting and switch locations along with a schedule of electrical symbols.
  • Construction Details - schedules for the interior finish, exterior finish, electrical schedule
