Plan Details

  • This 3-bed modern farmhouse plan has great curb appeal with its wraparound porch with decorative shed dormer above. Inside, the open floor plan has volume ceilings and a great use of space. 
  • Two sets of French doors in the great room open to the 10'4"-deep back porch. With your back to the fireplace you can see all the way across to the kitchen.
  • A decorative beam separates the great room for the kitchen and a change in ceiling height from 12' to 10' also helps define the two functional spaces. The kitchen island is 4' by 7' and has room for casual seating. Don't miss the pantry. It gives you great storage behind the inward-swinging doors.
  • The master suite occupies the nearly entire right side of the home while beds 2 and 3 are located across the home and share a Jack and Jill bath and have a shared study nook with built-in desk. All the bedrooms have walk-in closets.
