Plan Details

  • This unusually narrow Mediterranean house plan is great for a tight lot. It gives you three floors of living space and each one has outdoor spaces as well.
  • The master is on the top floor and has a large sitting room with a 2-sided fireplace and a 21' wide observatory deck with spiral stair. The bath is spacious and the wardrobe is too and is divided for his and her use.
