  • The first floor of both units is completely open-concept and has a washroom, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and access to the garage. 
  • On the second floor, the left unit has four bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The laundry area for this unit is in the basement.

  • Lintel, beam, post, footing sizes, etc. are calculated (may require local architect/ engineer stamp) and the plans are available in metric.
