Plan Details

  • Build this house plan on your rear-sloping lot and enjoy the views from the massive vaulted deck in back - and from the great room inside - as well as from the covered vaulted deck on the right.
  • The home gives you 2 beds and a loft which combine for 2,457 square feet of heated living space. Finish the basement and gain 2 more bedrooms, a family room and a 1-car side-entry garage.
  • The great room vaults to 24'3" and is open to the loft above (the loft ceiling goes from 7'4" to 24'3") and is open to the dining room.
  • French doors open to the master suite which occupies the entire left side of the home and has access to the back deck through sliding doors.
  • Seating at the peninsula in the kitchen gives you seating for up to 5.
