Plan Details

  • This 3 bed house plan has a stucco exterior with a covered entry with a 16' ceiling. Four tall columns support the attractive gable above.
  • The foyer ceiling rises from 12' to 13' and leads you to the great room with a coffered and beamed ceiling and views to the kitchen and lanai in back. The back will slides wide open creating a great combined space for entertaining. The wet bar helps too.
  • The kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in pantry, island with seating and is open to the great room and dinette.
  • The master suite is located in back and has outdoor access and vaulted ceilings. The other bedrooms have flat 10' ceilings and their own baths.
  • There are two covered lanai in back each with 12' ceilings. One has an outdoor kitchen and access to a bath and access to the house.
  • The study has access right off the foyer making it a great place to conduct business without traipsing through the home.

This is done because our slab plan cannot anticipate the variations in soil, footings and other conditions per your specific site. We provide the design of the roof as well, however, the truss layouts need to be provided by a truss engineer or your lumber company. Your builder can provide these contacts for you.  Please keep in mind that these are additional expenses outside of the cost of the original plan that you purchase from us.
