Plan Details

  • The exterior board and batten siding combined with wood accents give this modern farmhouse plan great curb appeal. As you walk through the entryway's french doors, you'll be impressed by the wide-open floor plan. 
  • An amazing formal dining room lies on the left side of the entry. Ahead, the great room gives your family a space to relax in with views to the back and the glow of a fireplace. Two sets of French doors take you to the back covered patio.
  • The kitchen island has a wrap-around snack bar and includes two dishwashers. The kitchen also includes a large walk-in pantry (5' by 8'6").
  • Upstairs you will find the master suite is separated from the other bedrooms for privacy.
