Plan Details

  • This European-style home plan has French classic inspiration, a brick exterior and a gently sloping roofline. A drive-thru porte-cochere with storage room takes you to the garage in back which can be expanded from 2 cars to 3 cars.
  • The front covered porch opens into the foyer with an optional study/guest bedroom to the right. To the left, you are taken into the great room with vaulted ceiling with wood beams and a wood burning fireplace. This space opens to the dining room with its own (optional) gas fireplace. Glass doors look out to the outdoor living room. The kitchen holds a huge high-low bar island with additional seating for up to 6. A roomy walk-in pantry is just around the corner.
  • The master suite is privately located on the right and has transom windows on the side wall letting in natural lighting while maintaining privacy. Dual walk-in closets and a luxurious master bath with a free-standing tub space and an enclosed glass shower, a double sink vanity with ample counter space and individual linen closets complete the suite.
  • At the top of the stairs a cozy loft living area with built-in desks for study and hobby work await. Bedroom 2 sits at the front of the home design with a modest step-in closet space for wardrobe storage and a window bench reading nook. Bedroom 3 is a step up in size and has a larger closet as well as a window seat. The shared full bath holds a double sink vanity.
