Plan Details

  • This 4 bed, 3.5 bath farmhouse plan gives you 3,033 square feet of heated living and a detached 2-car 576 square foot garage.
  • An 8’-deep covered porch wraps around three sides of the home and gives you three points of access to the home: the great room through a pair of French doors, the flex room and the dining room.
  • Step into the barn-inspired home plan and find the open floor plan great room with fireplace and soaring ceilings with glimpses into the second floor. 
  • The kitchen includes an island with seating for six, a walk-in pantry and an adjacent dining area with grilling porch access. On the left, a flex room can be used as a guest bedroom or as a home office.
