  • This country house plan has a 10'-deep porch that wraps around three sides of the home giving you 1,296 square feet of covered outdoor space to enjoy. Inside, the home gives you 3 beds, 3 full and 2 half baths and 2,993 square feet of heated living space. An optional lower floor gives you 1,004 square feet of expansion space and bonus space above the 3-car garage gives you an additional 615 square feet of expansion space.
  • The foyer is located on the side of the home (there are three other doors into the home from the wrap around porch). To the right of the foyer you'll find the master suite with direct access to the laundry and a huge walk-in closet. 
  • to the left, a vaulted dining room/great room with fireplace is open to the island kitchen.
  • An oversized garage has three bays with the furthest one having drive-through access.
  • Upstairs, a balcony/loft overlooks the great room below. The upper floor includes Bedrooms 2 and 3, both complete with their own full baths and large closets. 
  • The optional lower floor with 1,004 square feet of space and a patio completes this rustic house plan.
