This 900 square foot modern cottage gives you 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 900 square feet of single-level living. The bedrooms are in front - the master on the left has a walk-in closet and the guest bedroom on the other side of the entry - leaving the back of the home for entertaining.
An open concept layout left to right gives you a living room, dining room (with outdoor access through sliding doors) and a C-shaped kitchen.
Stairs lead to an unfinished basement with 900 square feet of potential space to use as you see fit.

Lintel, beam, post, footing sizes, etc. are calculated (may require local architect/ engineer stamp) and the plans are available in metric.
