Plan Details

  • The open-gable porches add a rustic appeal to this Barndominium plan that delivers 1,925 square feet of living space.
  • Matching front and rear porches provide ample outdoor living space to enjoy the countryside, while the side-entry double garage considers curb appeal.
  • In the center of the home, you will find a spacious living area with a fireplace adding a cozy vibe and sizable kitchen that encourages more than one person to cook.
  • A breakfast nook with built-in benches and nearby coffee bar is a great way to start the day, and the neighboring service areas include a mud / laundry room combo.
  • The master bedroom is set apart from the secondary bedrooms and boasts a 4-fixture bath, large closet, and safe room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 line the right side of the home and share the hall bath.
  • This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind.  A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium.  A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
