  • Deep overhangs extend from the sloped roof on this Modern Mountain home plan.
  • A portion of the ground level is dedicated to a 2-car side load garage with storage and workspace. The rest of the floor gives you a bedroom suite with access to a den from inside and out as well as a side entry with stairs going up.
  • The heart of the home is located on the second level with a family room and fireplace located at the top of the stairs. The family room opens to the kitchen with U-shaped cabinets and an eating bar providing a comfortable and casual space for meals. Sliding doors take you to an open air balcony overlooking the front.
