Plan Details
  • This beautiful family-friendly modern farmhouse plan has board and batten siding and wood posts. A covered front porch invites guests into the home.
  • The main level includes a wonderful open concept floor plan. The great room, breakfast nook, and kitchen flow seamlessly. The kitchen includes a large island and a walk-in pantry. The great room is warmed by a fireplace that is flanked by a built-in bookshelf. 
  • On the right side of the entry way, a formal dining room lies under a decorative ceiling and has access to the kitchen through the pantry. On the left side of the entry a cozy den is warmed by a fireplace. 
  • The master suite is situated on the main floor for convenience and includes a master suite with a soaking tub and his/her vanities. The master closet accesses the laundry room. 
  • The second level includes a fantastic loft and 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms all share a centrally located hall bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have an amazing safe room that can be access through each rooms closet. 
  • A finished basement - available as an upgrade from our Options menu - adds 1,848 square feet and includes a family room, rec room, a 5th bedroom, a bar, and an amazing theater room.
