This home mixes classic architecture with the charm and warmth of a Mediterranean villa.
Detailed recesses carry on from the foyer to an arched foyer for the large den with a bay window, then on to the living and dining rooms which can easily accommodate the larger furniture styles of today.
Thickened arches lead off the main welcoming spaces of this home. One leads to the double doors of the foyer to the master suite which is buffered from bathroom noise by his and her closets. The suite has a sitting room.
The master bath features his and her vanities, soaking tub, and a door-less shower.
The family spaces all enjoy the view of the rear yard and patio, and secondary bedrooms have walk in closets.
The second floor enjoys rear yard views from the game room and bedroom suite is complete with a walk-in closet. The computer room at the top of the stairs is perfect for the home office, and a large HVAC storage room in the attic space affords much desired storage.

All of our plans are designed to provide the information needed to build your home. Because of the wide range of requirements throughout states and municipalities, it is possible that the plans may not have all of the information required by your building department. If this is the case, we recommend hiring a local design professional or engineer who can assist bringing the plans up to your local building code.
Some states require that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If this is the case where you will be building, a local professional will be able to assist you.
