  • This contemporary home plan offers one-level living and has a dramatic vaulted interior with views to the front.
  • The living room and kitchen are open to each other and are under a vaulted ceiling and get amazing natural light from the huge windows that comprise nearly half of the front wall.
  • A large covered porch on the left can be used as an outdoor living room.
  • Bedrooms are in back and have walk-in closets. Bed 1 has its own bathroom with two vanities and Bed 2 has access to the hall bath.
  • A pocket door opens to give you access to the pantry and laundry room.
  • This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind.  A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium.  A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
