Plan Details

  • The exterior of this modern carriage house plan features a mixture of wood, stone, and glass. The garage doors are offset from each other and the one on the left is partially sheltered by the deck above.
  • A full bathroom is located on the ground floor and there is a man door on the back wall. 
  • The upper floor has an open floor plan giving you views from the kitchen across the family room and out the broad expanse of windows on the front wall. Sliding doors in the family room take you out to the deck.
  • Two bedrooms and a bath complete the plan.
