Plan Details

Three functioning gabled dormers above the front porch and a shed dormer to the left add to the curb appeal of this 4,580 square foot modern farmhouse. An elevator - a modern convenience - is a nice comfort inside - services the two floors as well as the optional finished basement.
To the left of the foyer, a mud room has direct garage access and can double as a home office.
The island kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room with fireplace and 12' ceilings. In back, an 11'2"-deep rear porch with fireplace is accessible from both the dining room and the main floor master suite.
