Plan Details
  • This modern mountain house plan has a stunning exterior combining wood siding with stone and a metal roof to giving the home jaw-dropping curb appeal. The exterior is accentuated by a drive-through garage with a large bonus room above. 
  • Inside the home, the kitchen is well equipped with a large island with a snack bar and a walk-in pantry. The great room and kitchen share a double-sided fireplace and the great room is open to the loft above.
  • Located on the main floor for convenience is the master suite. The master suite includes an amazing reading nook that lets in a ton of natural light through large windows. (Please refer to the home plan's details sheet to see what foundation options are available for a specific home plan.) The foundation plan details the layout and construction of the foundation.
  • Electrical Plans: Shows the location of outlets, fixtures and switches. They are shown as a separate sheet to make the floor plans more legible.
  • Floor Plans: Shows the placement of walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. for each floor
  • Roof Plan
  • Typical wall section
  • Typical Stair section
  • Cabinet elevations
These items are NOT included:
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
