Plan Details

  • Vaulted ceilings crown the main living area of this rustic Mountain home plan with a golf cart (or equipment storage) garage.
  • An open floor plan creates a large living space with views of all rooms.
  • Both the family room and the rear screened porch have a warming fireplace.
  • Two bedrooms occupy the second floor while the master suite resides on the main level. It accesses the screened porch in back - a nice touch.
  • As an added bonus the house plans come with an optional finished lower level giving you 1,111 sq. ft. of expansion.

What's Included

  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
