  • On the main floor, the entertaining space is open and unified under a 10' ceiling. Sliding doors in the dining room give you an al fresco option on the covered deck. The owner’s suite has a tray ceiling, a large walk-in closet and direct access to the laundry room. Secondary bedrooms each have walk-in closets of their own and share a compartmented bath.

Electrical and Sections: 
Illustrated on a separate page for clarity, the electrical plan shows suggested electrical layout for the main and second level floor plans. Typical wall and stair sections are provided to further explain construction of these areas.
