  • This traditional home plan, just 43' wide, is an excellent choice for a narrow lot, and offers an elegant exterior with a mixture of stone and brick, a hip roofline, an arched 2-story palladium window atop the covered front entryway with sidelights, and a second story Parisian copper awning over the second story-turret window.  
  • Once inside, the two-story foyer greets your guests. Walk up the wide staircase that leads to the second story of this luxury house plan, or walk two steps down leading you to the family living area. 
  • To the right of the foyer sits the quiet study with curved window, which is the bottom part of the turret.  The study offers a large walk-in closet and access to a full bathroom.  Beyond the foyer is the formal dining room and the gourmet kitchen, complete with center island that has a dishwasher and sink, as well as a seating area that seamlessly separates the kitchen from the breakfast room. The kitchen has a built-in pantry and a large working island with seating on the family room side. 
  • The family room has a 20 foot ceiling, built-in media center, and a warming fireplace. Double doors lead to the covered veranda.
  • The master suite, with its trey ceiling and French doors onto a private patio, also boasts a luxurious master bathroom with his and hers vanities, a spa tub and separate glass shower, and a large wardrobe with built-ins. 
  • Upstairs, three bedrooms, each with trey ceilings and large walk-in closets, share space with the loft and laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a private bath and curved sitting area in the bedroom, which is the top portion of the turret, while the other two bedrooms each have access to a second bath upstairs.  A window seat in one of these two bedrooms offers views to the outdoors.  The loft has a view open to the family room below.
