Plan Details
  • A front porch with 10" by 10" wood columns set on stone pedestals welcome you to this rustic Craftsman house plan which is equally at home in the mountains or by a lake. The home gives you 2,401 square feet of heated living spread across two floors and has lower level expansion as well. 
  • The foyer opens to the vaulted family room with fireplace and French doors that open to the expansive covered deck. The deck is accessible from the master suite and the dining room, where it widens into an outdoor living room with fireplace.
  • The master suite occupies the entire right side of the home while two guest bedrooms - and a loft open to the family room below - are on the second floor.
  • An optional finished lower level comes with the plans and gives you 1,570 square feet of expansion and includes 2 bedrooms, a bunk room, 2 baths and a kitchenette.
  • A 2-car garage is attached by a breezeway and there is a 3-car option available for a small extra charge as well. Note, the home has a 45' by 56'8" footprint without the garage.

What's Included
  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
