  • Enter the double French doors to the foyer and take in the view of the fireplace under vaulted ceilings between the elegant dining and expansive family room. The family room has two sets of sliding doors: one to the side lanai and one to the rear vaulted lounge.
  • The family room is seamlessly separated from the gourmet kitchen with pantry by a seating island with sink and counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the study with a storage closet and sliding door onto the rear lanai, a utility room, powder room, and mud room with a bench leading to the two-car, side-entry garage with built-in shop.
