Plan Details

  • This 2-story transitional house plan has a beautiful exterior and gives you two floors of above ground living and a lower level designed with fun in mind. 
  • French doors open to the foyer which flows into the 2-story great room with fireplace and a collapsible back wall giving you indoor-outdoor living.
  • The kitchen has a large island and a walk-in pantry and is open to the great room and the nook filled with windows. Barn doors open to the study which makes a great work-from-home space.
  • The master suite occupies the entire left side of the home and has a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet and access to the back deck.
  • The second floor has three bedrooms with Beds 2 and 3 to one side - along with laundry - and Bed 4 alone on the right. The bridge connects the two sides and overlooks the great room and the foyer.
