Plan Details

  • Vertical siding draws your eye upward to gabled peaks on this Modern Farmhouse  two-story home plan which features a large covered porch attached to the rear of the home.
  • The main floor is comprised of the shared living spaces, in an open layout, along with the master suite. A warm fireplace is surrounded by built-ins in the great room, while a prep island centered in the kitchen includes seating for four.
  • A workbench in the double garage lends a space for tools, and neighbors a storage room to help conceal lawn equipment. A shared mud / laundry room and powder bath is located just inside from the garage.
  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be found upstairs, along with two full baths. An optional bonus room above the garage offers a fun communal space for the kids to enjoy.
  • Finish the lower level as designed and gain 1,392 sq ft of living space, which includes plenty of storage, a recreation / media room, playroom, gym, and covered patio.
