  • This cute and bold pool house has wood accents and stucco siding, giving it an inviting feel. From the round arches to the Bermuda shutters, this makes backyard oasis makes a great statement.
  • There is a shallow covered porch on the front to hide away from the mid-day sun. With large bifold glass doors on the front, you can open them up to bring the outside, in! Once inside, you will find a large island equipped with a sink. The rear wall is a great place for a tv or art, along with double under-counter refrigerators to keep your beverages cool.

  • Accessed from the interior and exterior is a bathroom with a bench & hook space for your belongings. This pool house also has room for that "always needed" storage space. Everything you need to enjoy a hot summer day by the pool is here in the Tarragona plan.
