  • This 4 bedroom exclusive house plan has everything Dad needs: room for his motor vehicles in the 4-car garage and an indoor ball court so he can work on his jump shot.
  • The foyer is blanked by a study and the dining room with integrated storage creating a very tasteful place to entertain friends. Views from the dining room extend to the back of the home in a floor plan you'll find unusually open while maintaining separate spaces through the use of soffits and partial walls.
