  • This modern-style house plan was designed for an up-sloping lot and gives you a 2-car front-facing drive under garage. The ground level not only gives you parking but also storage and a large entry with a powder room, closet and built-in bench with lockers.
  • There are 2 sets of stairs in the home: one set on the lower level takes you to the main floor entry while another set takes you from the street to the covered porch with access to the entry and to the kitchen through sliding doors.
  • A formal dining room with tray ceiling is located in the front and a great room with fireplace is in the back. In-between, the kitchen with large island and huge walk-in pantry provides separation between the two spaces.
  • The top floor is where you'll find all the bedrooms and laundry. The master suite has a balcony overlooking the back, as does Bed 2. Beds 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bath.
