Plan Details

  • Coming in at a just under 1,800 square feet - has a 30'-wide front porch with a vaulted entryway, inside you'll find 3 bedrooms in a split layout.
  • French doors open to a vaulted great room that opens to the dining room and kitchen. A generous walk-in pantry is located just inside the garage entry.
  • A second set of French doors on the rear wall of the great room takes you outside to the 8'-deep rear porch giving you great room to enjoy the views.
  • The primary bedroom is privately located off the garage entry, past the utility room. The master bath is fitted with a double vanity, large walk-in shower, a standalone bathtub and a water closet for the toilet.
