This 3 bed 4,576 square foot house plan has a rustic modern exterior with a one-story wing on the left connected to a two-story section - filled with windows - and great outdoor space to enjoy.
French doors open to the foyer with fireplace - one of four in the home (and five if you count the one outside) - and a matching pair of doors opening to the back.
On the left, the master wing gives you the bedroom with fireplace that separates the sleeping portion of the room from an office or sitting area. Laundry is connected to the bathroom for your convenience.
The two-story section is open front to back with the living room with fireplace in front and a bar in back.
In the kitchen, a double sink set below windows looking across the side covered patio. Two islands - one with seating for up to five - separate the work space from the keeping room with a collapsible front and side walls giving you indoor-outdoor living.
At the end of the long hallway with an second laundry room, you'll find storage space, the 2-car garage with workspace and access to the back and side.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with walk-in closet and their own bathrooms and a loft complete the plan.

A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
