Plan Details
  • A low-pitched hip and valley roof tops this two-story home plan, with wooden brackets supporting deep overhanging eaves.
  • Once past the threshold, a quiet study sits behind french doors to the left, across the foyer from a bedroom and full bath.
  • The spacious great room features 12' ceilings and an oversized sliding door that opens to the 596 sq ft covered lanai. Move into the kitchen to find a large island and plenty of workspace with a breakfast nook and formal dining room providing multiple options for meals.
