Our builder-client - Tribute Ventures LLC - completed their build of Architectural Designs Modern Farmhouse Plan 16919WG on their client's property in North Carolina. They made some modifications to the plan including raising the garage two feet allowing for 10' ceilings across the main level, moving the rear wall of the kitchen back, enclosing the second story porch and converting it into an additional bedroom, removed the bathtub in the primary bathroom - opting for a walk-in shower instead.
