Plan Details

This 2,951 square foot modern farmhouse plan - designed in response to requests to get a smaller version of house plan 56529SM (3,346 sq. ft.) - gives you four beds in a split bedroom layout with a 3-car side load garage with and 705 square foot bonus room with bath above and kitchenette above. Gables flank the 8'-deep front porch. A classic gabled dormer - for aesthetic purposes - is centered over the front French doors that welcome you inside. Board and batten siding helps give it great curb appeal.
Vaulted ceilings in the great room are visible from the foyer. Step into the room and you'll find a fireplace on the left wall with built-ins to either side and views that extend across the rear porch and to the kitchen. A 16' slider door unit gets you to the back porch with outdoor fireplace and kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen features a walk-in pantry, large prep island with seating for five, and a nearby formal dining room. For warmer months, enjoy the grilling porch just outside the kitchen.
The restful master bedroom is quietly situated on the right side of the home and boasts vaulted ceilings, a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in closet with direct access to the laundry room, and a separate tub and shower.
