Plan Details

  • This modern farmhouse plan expands on our wildly popular plan 51758HZ and gives you a larger open floor plan and replaces the dining room with a private office.
  • Enter the foyer off the front porch and your view extends through the dining room to the French doors that take you to the large rear porch. To your right, a single door takes you to your private home office.
  • The large kitchen has views that extend across the dining room tot he great room. A large island with eating bar and a true walk-in pantry are two great features you'll enjoy.
  • The master suite has a vaulted ceiling and the convenience of having access to the laundry room through the walk-in closet. Across the home, two more bedrooms share a bathroom with dual vanities. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet.
  • An optional upstairs bonus room over the garage gives you 400 sq. ft. and has a full bath and would be perfect for a guest suite or that family game room. The room has 5' knee walls and 9' ceilings. The 3-car option expands the bonus room to 558 sq. ft. and the depth grows to 70'2".
