House Plan 66333WE Comes to Life in South Carolina

Our client built Architectural Designs House Plan 66333WE in South Carolina. They made significant modifications to the customize the plan into their dream home. They opted to replace the stucco with clapboard siding for the exterior. Additionally, they added a gas fireplace in the great room to enhance its ambiance. The kitchen layout was also altered to accommodate a pantry for improved storage. Furthermore, transoms were added above all bedroom doors, allowing for increased natural light and a touch of elegance.
To enhance accessibility and functionality, a hallway was extended behind the garage, leading to the laundry room and providing access to the full basement. Speaking of the basement, our client added a full walkout basement to this plan, transforming it into a fully equipped living space, complete with a kitchen, family room, and two additional bedrooms.
In terms of outdoor additions, a screened porch was added to the rear of the house, providing a cozy space to enjoy the outdoors while being protected from from the weather and bugs. Additionally, the deck was extended to provide ample room for relaxation and outdoor activities.

*We do provide a slab plan, however, the structural foundation plan is to be provided by the structural engineer selected by your builder or yourself. This is done because our slab plan cannot anticipate the variations in soil, footings and other conditions per your specific site. We provide the design of the roof as well, however, the truss layouts need to be provided by a truss engineer or your lumber company. Your builder can provide these contacts for you.  Please keep in mind that these are additional expenses outside of the cost of the original plan that you purchase from us.
