This European-style home plan has French classic inspiration, a brick exterior and a gently sloping roofline. A drive-thru porte-cochere with storage room takes you to the garage in back which can be expanded from 2 cars to 3 cars.
The front covered porch opens into the foyer with an optional study/guest bedroom to the right. To the left, you are taken into the great room with vaulted ceiling with wood beams and a wood burning fireplace. This space opens to the dining room with its own (optional) gas fireplace. Glass doors look out to the outdoor living room. The kitchen holds a huge high-low bar island with additional seating for up to 6. A roomy walk-in pantry is just around the corner.
The master suite is privately located on the right and has transom windows on the side wall letting in natural lighting while maintaining privacy.
