  • This mid-century modern house plan - borrowing design cues from contemporary New Zealand - gives you four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,399 square feet of heated living space. A three-car garage (959 square feet) with glass-panel garage doors is in line with the rest of the window-filled front of the home.
  • The center window-filled gable allows the interior to not only receive great natural light but also enables the interior to be a vaulted space with great views. The vault carries through to the back porch, extending your livability to the outdoors.
  • The kitchen has a large island and two pantries: one gives you three walls of storage and the other serves as a transition space to the outdoors, facilitating al fresco dining.
  • The left side of the home gives you three bedrooms - two sharing a Jack and Jill bath - and a fourth flex room that can be used as a play room or a home office. A sunroom serves as a transition between this wing and the center vaulted space.
  • The right side of the home is dedicated to the vaulted master suite with a private porch, 5-fixture bath and a large walk-in closet with direct access to the laundry.
