  • This 4-bed Acadian farmhouse-style house plan has a well-balanced exterior with gables flanking the 6'6"-deep front porch. A pair of matching dormers - for aesthetic purposes - are centered over the French doors that welcome you inside. A painted brick exterior adds to the curb appeal.
  • A home office is to the left of the foyer and can be closed off using barn doors. Ahead, the great room with 12' ceilings is visible from the foyer. Step into the room and you'll find a fireplace on the left wall flanked by built-ins and views that extend across the rear porch and to the kitchen.
  • The gourmet kitchen features a walk-in hidden pantry, large prep island (4'6" by 9') with seating for four, and a nearby formal dining room. For warmer months, enjoy the grilling porch with fireplace just outside the kitchen.

  • ELECTRICAL PLAN: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, smoke detectors, cable TV and telephones. 
  • FRONT AND REAR ELEVATIONS: The front and rear elevation of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. and also includes any necessary details.
