Happy September! We closed out the summer months with lots of fabulous new additions to the ADHousePlans collection! Here's a look back at our Top 5 from August as we dive into fall

We're so excited to welcome a new exclusive designer to our collection! These brand new plans are spacious & filled with luxurious features. Plan 849003PGE is designed with incredible outdoor living spaces, a gorgeous master suite, and tons of flex/living space, making it a great option for a large family.

Barndominium Style homes are seriously starting to win our hearts. These uniquely styled homes come in many shapes and sizes. If you're not familiar with the Barndo trend, you can read more about what they are here, or see some of our favorite Barndo plans here. We added some gorgeous new plans to this collection in August, like Modern Farmhouse Barndominium Plan 623034DJ and Barndominium Style Plan 623032DJ.

Our client built this gorgeous version on Plan 23904JD on their land in Washington and we are obsessed with how it turned out! This plan is great for taking advantage of rear views, as the rear elevation is lined with oversized windows. The kitchen is designed for the chef who loves to share their cooking, and features 2 large islands with seating for ten people. Enjoy a spacious master suite with a private balcony & 2 incredible walk-in closets.

When we visited our clients in Georgia last month, we got to see some gorgeous builds! Our friends at WilKi Homes built this one for their client in reverse orientation and it turned out incredible! They built out the optional 3-car side entry garage with a finished office space above. Be sure to check out the full album!

The final installment in our Georgia Road Trip features is this gorgeous build of Exclusive Modern Farmhouse Plan 62762DJ by our friends at Innovative Construction Group. They built this stunning home on a basement with a side entry garage option. We also were excited to meet Tyson the German Shepherd, who made his way into the album!
