Plan Details
  • This 4-bed modern farmhouse plan has a Craftsman influenced exterior with a combination of board and batten, clapboard siding and stone accents. A 7'-deep covered porch provides a warm welcome and has a decorative window in the gable above.
  • The foyer gives you views to the vaulted great room and to the rear porch beyond. To the left, barn doors open to reveal - or to conceal - the home office, a great space to work from home in.
  • The kitchen is open to the dining room and the great room and has views of the fireplace from behind the large 4' by 8' island. A walk-in pantry gives you additional counter space and great storage.
  • A split bedroom layout has the master suite isolated to the right with direct access to the laundry room from the walk-in closet. Across the home, three beds share a bath.
  • A mudroom off the 3-car side-entry garage gives you lockers and helps control clutter.
