Plan Details

  • This 2-story contemporary house plan gives you 4 beds and 4,553 square feet of heated living area plus over 1,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a front porch with a covered balcony above.
  • Work from home in the home office located off the foyer. It has pocket door access to a full bath used by the back-left bedroom, making this a possible extra bedroom if needed.
  • A see-through fireplace is the only obstruction between the living room with 2-story ceiling (25' max height) and the kitchen with curved island and serving access to the outdoor living area. A walk-in pantry tucked behind the stairs gives you great storage.
