Inspired by our popular cottage house plan 21492DR, we created this version which adds 2' to the depth and gives you expansion space upstairs to be finished as you wish.
A porch wraps the front left corner and gives you entry to the home on both sides. Inside you'll enjoy an open living area complete.
The bedroom is roomy for a small home plan and has a generous 10' x 2' closet. Private access to the bathroom, with its laundry area, and a 5' x 2' closet at the service entrance along with a second access to the bathroom permit the owners to enjoy all of the conveniences on the same floor.
This progressive design gives you the ability to build the first floor on a budget. The staircase accesses the second floor through an insulated door and the upstairs can accommodate the addition of extra bedrooms and a bathroom if required at a later date.
