  • A bold, covered front entry with two large shed dormers on each side greet you to this Country Craftsman Lake House plan.
  • Walk in the foyer with an office to your left and a vaulted, open living space ahead with a living room with fireplace and screened porch access, an L-shaped kitchen and a dining area. 
  • The master suite enjoys access to a covered porch, convenient laundry access and a roomy walk-in closet. Across the home, two more bedrooms share a bath.
  • On the upper level you will find a loft open to the vaulted great room below that has great views out of the vaulted rear wall of windows. It also features a home theater, a study and a guest bedroom. 
  • The lower level can be finished or unfinished to cut down on your square footage and construction costs. If finished it has a second master suite, a recreational room for games, boat storage, bunk room and a storm shelter with bunk beds.

The plan set includes:

  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
