Plan Details

  • This attractive New American house plan gives you one-story living wrapped up in an attractive exterior with deep Usonian eaves, wood accents and board and batten siding. Available on a slab and crawl with basement options, it fits in all areas of the country.
  • Inside, you get an open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen and dining room. A door on the back wall takes you to the roomy back porch with an optional outdoor kitchen.
  • The kitchen has a 6' by 3' island with a sink on one side and bar seating on the other. A large walk-in pantry can be hidden behind a pocket door and can be filled with groceries brought in from the garage entrance around the corner, just steps away.
