Plan Details

  • Designed in response to requests for a smaller version of 36618TX (3,065 sq. ft.), this design has timber-framed gables giving it a rugged Hill country look. A 2-car garage extends at a 45-degree angle from the front of the home and a covered porch graces the front.
  • Step inside, and a private study is located to the right of the foyer. Ahead, a spacious family room has wood accents on the ceiling and a fireplace on the right wall. The family room flows seamlessly into the eat-in kitchen.
  • A cooktop island sits in the center of the kitchen and an extension gives you bar-height seating. The nearby pantry can be found across from the laundry room.
  • The patio is accessible from the dining room and it flows into the large outdoor lounge in back.
  • The master suite occupies the right side of the home, and boasts a master bath with private vanities and toilet rooms on either side of a 2-person shower. Across the home, the guest room has easy access to the garage.
