Plan Details

This farmhouse-style house plan is centered around a hexagonal great room with vaulted ceilings. Panoramic views with wide expanses of glass make this a perfect home to place on your view lot.
The kitchen enjoys views through the great room and has a large island with seating.
There are two private baths, one for each room, with the two bedroom suites taking up each wing. The utility room is located to the left of the owner's suite. The right wing of the home is decorated with an oversized his and hers bathroom with independent walk in closets.

Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Building Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches, and electrical outlets.
