This house plan offers you living on four levels including the upper loft accessible by a great spiral staircase. Views from the bunk room can extend over the treetops. It is designed using 2x6 construction giving you great insulation values.
The living room ceiling soars above wuth views to below from both the second and third floors.
A spaciuos game room with vaulted ceiling occupies most of the second floor where the spiral stair is by the bath room that divides to two bedrooms.
On the main floor, a deck wraps around almost the entire home and us 16' deep at its widest abd 6' everywhere else giving you room for outdoor living.
Get a second game room or home theater in the lower level where you'll also have room for a workshop, storage and stair access to grade.

The plan views, cross sections and front elevations are drawn to the scale of 1/4" = 1'-0"; the side and rear elevations are 1/8" = 1'-0" and some details are 1/2" = 1'-0".
Lintel, beam, post, footing sizes, etc. are calculated (may require local architect/ engineer stamp) and the plans are available in metric.
