We took one of our best-selling flexible plans - house plan 35245GH - and created this 5-car version. Now, you have more room for your vehicular toys as well as room to enjoy life on top.
The ground floor has room for 5 cars under roof and has drive-through access for easy tandem parking. A bath is there for quick relief while you are tinkering with the vehicles.
The living floor above features a great vaulted great room that is open to the kitchen and dining room which also benefit from the vault. A 10'-deep deck extends this vaulted space and gives you views with fresh air.
Two beds and two baths are in the back. And a smaller open deck is by the stair giving you a place to relax and enjoy more views.
The maximum ridge height is 30'10" from grade.
